INGREDIENTS

1 egg

​

1-2 cloves of garlic (to taste)

​

250ml of extra virgin olive oil

​

Salt

PREPARATION

Peel the garlic and put it in a blender together with a raw egg, a pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil. We place the blender at the bottom of the glass and begin to beat. When it begins to emulsify, move the mixer arm gently up and down until it is very homogeneous.

 

It is ideal as a sauce to accompany meats, roast potatoes or spread on a toast.
